Today the medical fraternity around the world is recommending pranayams to regulate granular disorders. The effect of mudras and bandhas on our body and mind is well known. The one- week (56 hours) Immersion includes consultation (detailed dialogue aimed at correct diagnosis), detoxification of body, thought cleansing, appropriate yoga + meditation regimen, diet and lifestyle changes to strengthen immunity depening on individual needs and spiritual healing. At the completion of the Immersion each patron is handed over a specially developed roadmap for follow-up practice at home with online support. Syllabus The course is broadly divided into two parts. First part helps us understand what is life and the second part what is living. The first part is the science of life and second part the art of living. The basis is the deeper aspects of yoga philosophy and its application as prescribed by sage Patanjali. Course also unravels the cause of suffering.
