Pushkar builders and developers are the targets of the state government, which does not give possession of their houses or flats to the people within the stipulated time period. The state government has not only started giving notices to the builders who ignore the rules but has also started canceling the licenses of such builders.
Haryana Agro Industries Corporation chairman Rakesh Daulatabad has put a question regarding the arbitrariness of the web in the monsoon session of the Vidhan Sabha, in response to which information was given by Chief Minister Manohar Lal that the government is ignoring the interests of the flat holders and complying with the rules. Action will be taken against the developers who do not.
It is said that many builders do not give flats to the poor under Pandit Deendayal Awas Yojana, while they get all the facilities from the government. Such builders and developers are being identified. The state government is also considering that if the benefit is not being given to the real poor in this scheme and only builders or developers are getting benefited, then this scheme should be closed.
