The city of Haridwar does not have an airport. Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun is the nearest one. It is a domestic airport that is connected to various cities in India. Haridwar is well-connected to many cities across India, through many highways. National Highway 58, passes through Haridwar connects it to Delhi. The main railway station serving the area is Haridwar Railway Station. It comes under Northern Railway Zone and it is connected to major cities and tourist destinations in India.

Day 1 Haridwar - Guptkashi | Witness the temples and ghats along holy Ganga as you travel from Haridwar to Guptkashi

You will be picked from Haridwar in the morning and will be taken to the Guptkashi.
On your way, there will be a halt at Rishikesh for your biometric test that will take around 4 hours.
One can also witness the beauty of the yoga capital of Indi, Rishikesh while waiting for the test.
The route will be covering the Byasi, Devprayag, Srinagar, Rudraprayag, and Agastmuni hill stations on the way.
Have your lunch in the midway and you will reach the destination in the evening.
Check-in into the hotel and enjoy the evening.
Overnight stay at Guptkashi/Rudraprayag/Phata depending on the availability.

Day 2 Guptkashi - Gaurikund - Kedarnath | Trail to Pristine Abode of Lord Shiva amid the Unparalleled Beauty of the Himalayas

Wake up with the mesmerizing view of mountains all across in Guptkashi.
Before embarking towards Gaurikund, take packed breakfast with you that you can have on the way to Kedarnath as you'll have to start early at around 4:00 A.M.
A vehicle will take you to Sonprayag after which private vehicles are not allowed & you'll need to walk (approx 1km) to the government taxi stand from where a taxi will drop you to Gauri Kund.
Gauri Kund is a place where Lord Shiva finally admitted His love for Lord Gauri as well as it is a characteristic pool with warm water known for relieving skin maladies.
Start the trek to the Kedarnath from Gauri Kund.
You can take ponies or palanquins for the journey at your own cost.
Trek through the beautiful valley and river stream flowing in between both of them.
Have lunch stop in between and continue the journey, you will get to see the Kedarnath Temple, situated right at the centre of the valley with mountains on every side looking like they are providing safety to the temples.
After offering prayers at Kedarnath, trek back to Guptkashi, have dinner & take a rest.
Overnight stay and dinner at a hotel in Guptkashi.

Day 3 Guptkashi - Rishikesh | Enjoy the scenic view of Gateway to the Garhwal Himalayas

Refuel yourself with a substantial breakfast at the inn.
Post breakfast continue to Rishikesh where on reaching if time permits you can explore colourful markets, Ram Jhula & Laxman Jhula.
Have dinner at Rishikesh & take a rest.
Overnight Stay at Rishikesh.

Day 4 Rishikesh-Haridwar | Indulge in adventurous river rafting to feel the thrill within

Wake up in the morning & get ready to experience the thrill of rafting through the cold waters of Ganga.
Get transferred to the start point for Rafting.
Experience a round of enthralling rapids hitting your face and body while you drift by curves in the flowing river is a memory to be cherished, take a rest stop at maggie point & go for cliff jumping.
Get ready for the adrenaline rush & the excitement experienced while riding & tumbling down the white waters of fast flowing river while rafting.

Know Before You Go for Kedarnath Group Tour From Haridwar
Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels. The difference in the cost shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due to an increase in the number of guests, hotel change, etc., before the beginning of the trip.
Thrillophilia reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance that occurred (i.e weather condition, political condition, or any others) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service.
GST is applicable to the package cost.
Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package. Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are to be considered an exclusion in the deal. Any kind of drink (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) is not included in the package cost.
Carry dry snacks/food, granola bars, etc. from home. Carry a regular and another insulated water bottle with you, so that you can refill.

A 3-4 hours halt will be there at Rishikesh on your way to Guptkashi from Haridwar for the biometric test as it is important for Dham tours.
